  • Fruit and Cheese Display: Assorted fresh fruit, boar’s head cheese’s, crackers and clear plates; displayed on glass and decorated with fresh fruit and vegetable carvings for $3.00 Per Person (For 75 people or more and staff is required for this display!) Best suited for a cocktail hour!
  • Carving Station: Prime rib sliced thin (Suggested: Knife & Fork) or beef tenderloin sliced thin with house made horseradish sauce and rolls for Market Price $. (20lb minimum order and staff is required for this station!) Both meats are cooked to Mid-Rare unless requested otherwise!
