Is Apple Market a full service Caterer?
No, we are not.
What does not being a full service Caterer mean?
We do not provide rentals of any kind (china, glass wear, steam wear, linens or machines/fountains) or table side service. We cater mostly self serve, buffet style events.
How do I book Apple Market for my event?
In most cases we require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit (which goes toward the total of your order) and a filled out/signed contract.
When do we finalize head count and payment?
I need everything to be finalized menu, head count and payment by (2)-weeks before the date of the event.
Can we make payments?
Yes, you can make payments or (1) full payment.
How far out does Apple Market Deliver?
It depends on the amount and type of food being delivered. We have gone as far as NAS Whiting Field in Milton and Orange Beach in Alabama.
Can we taste items and do you charge for tastings?
Yes, we can set up a tasting and no we do not charge for this service. You just need to set up an appointment with a Apple Market Catering Consultant.
Can we request or order off menu items?
Yes, prices may vary.
Does Apple Market have Staff that can work the event?
Yes, our professional and friendly Staff will set up, maintain, cut cake and clean up for an hourly rate.
Is Staff required for my event?
In most cases no, but there are specific venues, menus ect… that will require our presence.
Is is customary to tip the Staff?
Tipping is not required, but greatly appreciated.
Does Apple Market make punch?
No, unfortunately we do not.
Does Apple Market have a chocolate fountain?
No, unfortunately we do not.

How much notice do I need to give for a catering order (Luncheons, Trays, Ala-Cart Items etc…)?
We prefer asap, but at least 24 hours if we are not booked for that day. If you are calling on the weekend for Monday we cannot guarantee to be able to take your order.
Is there a minimum number of people I have to order any of the Meal Deals?
Yes, for meal deals it is for (15) people or more. (Breakfast, Boxed Lunches and Meals Priced Per Person
Do you deliver?
Yes, we do. It depends on the time of day and location what the fee will be.
Do you come back to clean up or retrieved your equipment?
No, we do not, you must return all borrowed items. If you are interested in this you must inquire about staff for you event.
