We offer a variety of meal options that can accommodate small and large events some of which include: beautifully decorated cold trays, salads, appetizers, hor d’ervers, entrées, sides, carving stations or displays, desserts and a variety of meal options! Our self-serve buffet meal consists of (1) entrée option, (2) sides options, garden salad with ranch & italian dressing, french rolls with butter, sweet tea, un-sweet tea and water with ice and more for $13.95 per person. You can add a second entree option for $15.95 per person. We can provide clear plastic goods: Large and small plates, cups, cutlery and napkins for an additional $1.25 per person.
We have staff that can take the load off you, your family and friends. Staff are available to set-up, maintain food, bus tables, empty trash, cut cake, clean-up food area, break down food area and more!
If you require fresh brewed coffee for your event the Drowsy Poet Coffee Shop, a full-service coffee shop located in the Apple Market can accommodate this request for you. They offer premium fresh ground and brewed regular and decaf coffee with disposable cups, cold cream and sugars. Talk to your catering coordinator to inquire about this addition.
